Every compound is graded A to D using a fixed rubric based on FDA approval status and the strength of human evidence (randomized controlled trials, controlled studies, observational data, or preclinical only). A sourced summary is drafted from PubMed; a reviewer confirms or overrides the grade and records why. Every published citation links to PubMed.
