PeptideGrids

Editorial and Grading Policy

How grades work

Every compound receives a PeptideGrids Evidence Grade (A, B, C, D, or NE) reflecting the strength of the available peer-reviewed human evidence and FDA approval status, as of the review date shown on each page.

Independence

No vendor, pharmacy, or telehealth partner pays for or influences a grade.

Evidence evolves

Grades are a snapshot and may change as new research publishes. Each page shows when it was last reviewed.

Limitations

Our grades are an editorial synthesis, not a systematic review or meta-analysis, and are not medical or professional advice. They reflect reviewer judgment applied to a fixed rubric.

Sources

Published claims cite primary literature (PubMed) and FDA records.

Authorship and review

Each published compound shows the reviewer and the date it was last reviewed. Reviews are conducted by the PeptideGrids editorial team against the published rubric, drawing on the cited primary literature and FDA records.
